Special Operations Command RFP to promote “psychological resilience” among Navy Special Ops and support forces. Contractor will conduct retreats and workshops with 7,100 members of Naval Special Warfare units on various topics that could include:

The Department of State released a Sources Sought request for work analyzing the security sector Somalia.  This is the requirement:

The Government is seeking the assistance of firms capable of providing continuous analysis regarding the Somali security sector and, based on that analysis, developing recommended improvements for U.S. programming related to the SNA.  Contractors will also be responsible for monitoring pilot projects that are put in place related to those recommendations. 

This is projected to be a Total Small Business set-aside.  The closing date to notify your interest and capabilities is 12 noon,  Thursday, 9 June 2016.  The Solicitation No. is SAQMMA16I0046
