The Department of State released a Sources Sought request for work analyzing the security sector Somalia. This is the requirement:
The Government is seeking the assistance of firms capable of providing continuous analysis regarding the Somali security sector and, based on that analysis, developing recommended improvements for U.S. programming related to the SNA. Contractors will also be responsible for monitoring pilot projects that are put in place related to those recommendations.
